Linked Accounts: Assassins and Ritualists in Tyria...
I will be linking my Factions Account to my Profecies account. I have no problem with only 6 character slots. I just want to know the following:
Since my accounts will be linked, my new Factions characters will be able to travel to Tyria. Will those 2 new professions (Assassin or Ritualist primary) get any benefit in Tyria other than different monsters to kill?
For example, if I take my Assassin/Monk to Droknars Forge, will I be able to buy different armor than what is available from the Canthan crafters? Will I be able to get 15k armor at Granite Citadel or Marhans Grotto that looks different than the 15k versions purchased in Cantha?
Also, if I click on a skill trainer in Tyria, will I only have Monk skills available, or will I also be able to buy Assassin skills?
Lastly, assuming that Factions has two 15-point attribute quests (or something similar), once I reach 200 points, will I be able to come over to Tyria and get 30 more points from the attribute quests in the desert and shiverpeaks? Conversely, will my current characters be able to access additional attribute point quests in Cantha?
[edit]
So thinking about this a bit more; If the answer is "No" on all of those questions, then only the 6 core classes get a benefit from linking, and the 2 new professions get shafted...unless I am totally misunderstanding something.

These are pretty much unknown, but seeing as how Gaile has said that your can start either of the new professions in either continent, I would only imagine that the armors and skills will be available there too. They may be the exact same armors in both places, but if you can start new characters, you should be able to equip them.

I doubt that you will be able to get 30 more points simply because that would give owners of Factions an advantage over people that do not own Factions. It would create a large imballance.

the 2 new classes arnt getting shafted, its just that they are new. i wish people would understand that factions is like a new game, and when chapter 3 comes, you will get some nice new armors for A and Rit, and more skills, and the new classes will start with the normal amoutn of everything
